随着人们生活水平不断提高，得糖尿病的人也是越来越多。调查发现，有1/4糖友在发病后都不知道已经患上糖尿病，因此，及时发现糖尿病征兆，避免糖尿病并发症应的发生，就显得尤为重要。那么，如果出现以下这10个糖尿病征兆，你就要提高警惕了！

1、有饥饿感：如果糖友吃了含糖量较高的食物，胰岛素会迅速升高引起血糖快速下降，这时会感到虚弱，而且饥饿感明显。

2、有疲劳感：当出现疲劳感时，意味着吃下去食物没有被充分分解或被细胞利用，机体无法获得充足营养，导致疲劳感出现。

3、体重减轻：排尿会使体内水分流失，身体热量也会随着排尿次数增多被带走，导致糖友早期有体重略微下降的情况。

4、尿频：当糖友体内糖的转化率下降导致血液中糖含量升高，排尿同时会排出糖分，致使饮水量增加出现多尿现象。 　

5、口渴：排尿次数增加继而引起口干舌燥，在多饮多尿情况下切不可喝含糖饮料，以免加重病情。

6、情绪低落：血糖异常会影响精神状态，高血糖还出现抑郁症状，例如感觉身体疲累犯困，不想说话和外出活动等。

7、视力模糊：糖尿病早期时葡萄糖会在眼睛积聚，眼睛会短时间内无法聚焦，导致看物体模糊不清。

8、伤口愈合慢：当糖友血糖水平升高，导致免疫功能下降，使得身体自愈能力随之减弱。

9、脚发麻：当糖友血液中血糖浓度高时，会对神经损伤造成轻度损伤，从而引起双脚麻木。

10、易发生尿路和酵母菌感染：当糖友尿液中含糖量增加，会使尿道成为细菌温床，从而容易出现尿路感染。

A sense of hunger.
